This project aimed to put into practice actions developed to address a wide range of environmental, social and economic issues identified within the EMS.
Timeframe February - December 2007 Project Team Kellie Williams, Sam Stone Project Objectives - coordinate the on-ground implementation of range of activites and actions based on environmental sustainability that will improve commercial fishing practices
- develop a culture of continuous improvement amongst commercial fishermen
- improve awareness of the triple-bottom line benefits of EMS amongst the seafood industry and the broader community
